Resentment, accompanied by a low psychological state, accumulated stress, triggers of distress and irritability, alongside loneliness, longing, the inability to be alone, heartbreak, and grieving loved ones—all serve as factors that exacerbate the symptoms of schizophrenia and its associated psychological disorders over time.
In certain instances, my spirit is affected as well; a presence once sat near my right ear for an entire week, becoming intertwined with me. The stars around me and the voices inside my head grew active, plunging me into severe schizophrenic episodes and auditory distortion that drove me to the brink of breakdown. My alcohol consumption began to take a severe toll on my condition, despite my full commitment to taking my medication at the prescribed dosage for the past three months and achieving remarkable recovery.
As these distressing psychological symptoms cleared this week, healing returned to my mind and spirit, and a sense of calm began to prevail, as has been the case over the last three months. I love my family and my wife, and I do not want them to distance themselves from me, nor do I wish to cause them harm or distress. Furthermore, I never want to repeat the abuse toward my wife and children; doing so breaks my heart and severely damages my psychological and mental state.
It felt as though pressure had accumulated from every angle that week; even the power grid in my town was cut for nearly three days. I was alone at home, without money to go out, and my devices ran out of battery. Countless questions raced through my mind about what I should do alone in such a situation, leading me to completely lose my composure. For four consecutive days, I was unable to engage in marital intimacy, and on the fourth day, I imagined my wife and ejaculated. Unfortunately, it was an immensely harsh week for me.
Since my wife returned home, I have been overwhelmed with feelings of love toward her; I can barely let her out of my arms, continually kissing her. I felt a deep sense of serenity upon their return home, and I long to shower them with even more love.
