Rapora göre; Doğu Karadeniz’in iç kesimleri, Doğu Anadolu’nun kuzey ve doğusu ile Diyarbakır, Batman ve Siirt çevrelerinin sağanak ve gök gürültülü sağanak yağışlı geçeceği tahmin ediliyor.
