Not because they were not excited about the pancakes for breakfast or the pool, but because they weren&#8217;t sure if this decision would actually move them further in their career. The offer they got was to move into one of their company&#8217;s hotels for 6 months and supervise its operation. They accomodation would be free, and the employee would get double their salary to help rebuild the hotel&#8217;s business.
