Now even as Apple has protested that <a href=\"https:\/\/appleinsider.com\/articles\/26\/08\/26\/openais-lawsuit-delays-cause-more-harm-every-day-says-apple\">every day&#8217;s delay<\/a> does material harm, OpenAI is delaying everything it can.<\/p>\n<p>That has recently entailed OpenAI&#8217;s lawyers saying Apple was improperly adding more evidence which should therefore be ignored.
