There is voluminous evidence, including numerous judicial rulings, that Olivier Martinez\u00a0repeatedly\u00a0violated court\u00a0orders\u00a0and interfered with necessary therapeutic and educational interventions to\u00a0the detriment of his and Halle Berry&#8217;s minor son Maceo \u2014 misconduct for which Mr. Martinez\u00a0has already been legally\u00a0sanctioned.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In a way, today\u2019s\u00a0filing is not entirely unexpected from an individual with a well-documented history of erratic, possessive and violent behavior. Fortunately, Halle is used to this kind of outrageous conduct from Mr. Martinez and, while she is deeply saddened, she will not allow it to deter her from fighting for Maceo\u2019s best interests and providing him with the love and support he needs.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Berry is required to stay 100 yards from Martinez under the terms of the restraining order, and she can only see Maceo during court-ordered visitations two days a week and every other weekend until an Oct. 16 hearing, TMZ reported.<\/p>\n<p>The former couple have also been ordered to attend confidential mediation about custody.<\/p>\n<p>Martinez claimed Berry angrily walked into their son\u2019s room, saw him wearing virtual reality goggles while playing a game and told him he looked &#8220;so stupid.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He said she then allegedly jumped on him, attacked him and choked him and shouted, &#8220;Who is dominant now?!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Martinez claims Maceo called him after the incident and claimed she had attacked him. He also said Berry\u2019s fianc\u00e9, Van Hunt, was at home at the time.<\/p>\n<p>The petition also calls for Berry to not be under the influence and to undergo sobriety testing before, during and after any visits with their son.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives for Martinez did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital&#8217;s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>The former couple <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/halle-berry-finalizes-divorce-8-years-split-olivier-martinez-pay-8k-monthly-child-support\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">finalized their divorce<\/a> in 2023, eight years after they split.<\/p>\n<p>In the settlement, the actress agreed to pay nearly $8,000 in <a href=\"https:\/\/foxnews.com\/opinion\/owe-child-support-trump-administration-may-revoke-passport\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">monthly child support<\/a> for their son, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
